Customer Communication – COVID-19

As with so many of our community partners, Opportunity Fund has been closely monitoring the developments related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We are following guidance from public health officials and government agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization so that we can make ongoing assessments and stay in constant communication with our staff and customers to provide information and guidance as developments unfold.

For customers who would like to visit one of our offices with questions, we would like to remind you that our friendly staff is available to answer your questions or provide any support over the phone or via email. We have encouraged our employees to primarily work from home starting Monday, March 16th and we hope everyone who is a part of the Opportunity Fund family will carefully monitor their health and that of their loved ones to do what they can to help prevent the spread of the illness. Safety and the health of our staff and customers is of utmost importance to Opportunity Fund.

For our customers seeking to make a payment in person in one of our offices, we would like to remind you that we have alternate payment methods available, such as ACH payments or using PayNearMe. If you’re not feeling well, alternative payment methods may be particularly helpful. As always, our friendly staff is available to answer your questions or provide any support over the phone.
