HIP Housing enables people with special needs, either from income or circumstances, to live independent, self-sufficient lives in decent, safe low-cost homes.
To achieve its mission, HIP Housing provides Home Sharing, Self-Sufficiency, Home Equity Conversion for Seniors and Property Development in San Mateo County.
Over 30 HIP clients have participated in our IDA Savings program.
