SaveTogether.org launches in October, 2009
Opportunity Fund had a dream of connecting two of our most important stakeholders with each other online—clients saving for the future and donors. In the fall of 2009, this dream became a reality when we partnered with SaveTogether to create an online matched savings marketplace at www.savetogether.org. A brand new initiative, SaveTogether enables investors to match clients’ savings, providing both encouragement and financial support as they save their way through our IDA program. We hope this website changes the face of asset building by increasing awareness of and funding for matched savings programs across the country.
